DRIVE IN STORAGE
Village Self Storage opened June 2018 with 48, 20ft units and was at full occupancy within 3 months.
We have business users who are on site every day getting their equipment for the day, we have people who just use our facility for short term use and we have people who just use our site as an extension of their own home.
At the moment we are full at the Reeds Lane site and now have a waiting list for people who would like to be with us.
Due to popular demand we have now developed our Cross Lane site with a further 70 storage units which start from as little as £18 a week inc vat. We are due to be fully open in January 2020, however we do have a limited number of units available in December 2019
Both sites are well laid out with room for 2 way traffic and the convenience of parking right up to your own unit for ease of loading and unloading. There is a large turning circle for better traffic flow on the site. All of our units on both sites are on tarmacked ground so there would be no issues with mud etc. The whole site is very clean and a safe place to use.
We also have 24 hour access to our sites; customers can enter using a fob system which is connected to the latest Net 2 security software. After logging who is coming on site, the fully automated sliding gate will open. If you come on to site when it is dark, flood lights will automatically come on. There also is a very high standard of CCTV which is constantly recording 24 hours a day, 17 cameras covering the Reeds Lane Site and 15 covering the Cross Lane site.
There are also nightly patrols of our site from a local security firm who are on hand out of the normal business times.
Units are available for 3/6/12 months. Direct Debit payments are available for the 6 and 12 month options.

Run out of space at home
People are reluctant to cast aside belongings they no longer use, especially if they are still in good condition. They want to hang onto things ‘just in case’ or often because they’re planning on passing them on at some point in time. It could be an old Chesterfield, a bike, a bed, Hi-fi equipment or a bookcase. Getting on the housing ladder is very expensive and many are storing furniture etc, in preparation for when children make that jump and will need all the help they can get.
Increasingly people are having to move out of their old home before moving into their new one to avoid losing a sale. Baby on the way
If you have a new addition on the way and need to completely clear the spare bedroom, you don’t have to clear the decks and put everything on ebay. You can always sell it if you change your mind.
